How to sustain your income in network marketing

Is there such thing a sustainable income in network marketing?

In any business there are ups and down, and the sustainability of the business depends on the income that it produce less the overhead. Same in network marketing. But the number one problem in network marketing, why people can not sustain this kind of business model is Attrition!

Well, in any business attrition of man power is an everyday problem. In the Philippines, the highest rate of attrition is in the contact center industry next is the MLM industry.

We can not control people's decision, some want a better life while some couldn't make it in the industry, so after a few months they quit. This is just a realization this industry has the highest rate of attrition.

People are people! They have their own will and own choice!

So if the attrition in the industry is so high how can we have a sustainable income in network marketing?

You can not sustain all the people down on your organization but you can sustain all your key leaders by having a strong bond and close relation ties with them. Relationship is the key!

If people in your organization decided to quit, your income will be affected. This idea could be a yes if you don't duplicate yourself with other people and don't recruit new people in your organization. Getting new people to become a customer or business partner is the key to sustain your income in the industry.

So why stop recruiting?

Your true business in network marketing is not supplement, nutrition, or your super gas pills! It's people! They are your business.

If getting new recruits is the only way to sustain my income in the industry, I'm already running out of friends to recruit.

Yes, you may run out of prospect if you choose to but it will never happen if you will not allow it to happen. There are different ways to get new prospect nowadays specially that social media today has allow people to connect with other people twenty four hours a day and seven days a week.

You can not make old friends new but you can make new friends.
